Blanking is the process that allows a first deformation of the aluminium sheets which are cut into flat geometric shapes. Special machines are necessary for these operations, with dies mounted on presses.
Blanking can be traditional or fine, according to the type of artefacts to be obtained. Different dies and devices are chosen for each procedure.
PFB has a blanking department equipped with cutting-edge machines.
Specifically, the company owns 5 "Italpresse" fully automated vertical hydraulic presses, for blanking the pieces produced.
