PFB can simultaneously manage several alloys for die casting, both according to the Italian UNI standard and to customer specifications, thanks to melting furnaces of the latest generation. The possibility of a separate management of the melting scraps ensures a bath free of impurities. The aluminium poured is degassed. Pouring and maintenance temperatures are constantly monitored via remote data acquisition systems.
The quality of the raw material is verified by rigorous controls in acceptance. Chemical analysis, hardness and density are continuously recorded and stored in the quality system.
